Il progressivo aumento dell’astensionismo elettorale rappresenta oggi una delle principali sfide della vita pubblica italiana, mettendo in discussione la solidità del legame tra cittadini e politica e richiedendo un ripensamento delle forme di governo e degli strumenti di coinvolgimento democratico.
